Previously, paper forms were handed to patients upon discharge, which was not only wasteful but also time-consuming and inefficient. In the new solution, after discharge, a text message containing a unique link (along with the patient\u2019s code) is sent to the patient. By accessing this responsive page, the patient can participate in a simple and user-friendly survey.<\/p><p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"740\"><strong data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"738\">Key features of the system:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"800\"><strong>Online access through a dedicated SMS link for each patient<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"800\"><strong>A 5-question questionnaire with numerical scoring (1 to 5) to measure satisfaction<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"800\"><strong>The possibility of entering comments, suggestions and criticisms in a separate text section for each question<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"800\"><strong>Save and manage all answers in the system<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"800\"><strong>Analytical reporting capability to check the level of satisfaction and points in need of improvement<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p
