Registration of vaccine side effects

The VSS web application was designed and developed for the registration and management of side effects experienced by individuals vaccinated against the coronavirus. Following the successful experience of the ophthalmology cohort study, this project was once again implemented under the supervision of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences as part of a national initiative. The goal of this system was to simplify the side-effect reporting process and encourage user participation in the program. The web application was developed to be accessible on all Windows, iOS, and Android devices. Users log in using a username and the unique phone number they received at the time of vaccination, and they can report their side effects on a daily or weekly basis.

Key features of the web application:

• Registration of daily and weekly fees of users
• Possibility of instant recording of complications at the moment of problem, by sending directly to the system administrator
• Print the vaccine card using vaccination information
• Management version (admin) for registering and tracking user fees, data management and reporting
