This platform was commissioned by Shayan Bar Shahroud to digitize and integrate petroleum product transportation workflows. It brings fleet management, drivers, customers, transport orders, and gas oil and fuel oil waybills into one centralized system. The platform supports order registration and tracking, origin assignment, shipment status control, freight calculation, and payment status management. It also monitors the validity of truck and driver documents and displays expiry alerts, enabling more accurate fleet planning and follow-up. Its reporting module analyzes truck performance, customer statements, completed and pending shipments, debtors, and overdue balances, giving managers a comprehensive view of operational and financial performance.
