Scitone scientific publications management system

Scitone project is being developed and implemented by the order of Yekta Science and Fan Publications and with the aim of creating a specialized platform for managing and publishing scientific publications. This system is designed in such a way that it provides all the processes of accepting, refereeing, and publishing articles on the web platform, similar to international platforms such as Elsevier.
