IVSS management portal

The IVSS management portal was designed and developed at the request of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences and in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO). The purpose of this system was to monitor and analyze COVID-19 vaccination cohort data at the county level in Shahroud. It enabled the live and online presentation of statistical and analytical reports and charts. The portal was built using R Shiny and was fully responsive, making it accessible on all devices, including desktops and tablets. Data is received live and online, and the charts and analyses are updated in real time based on the latest information.

• Real-time monitoring: display the number of vaccinated users and register their complications online
• Advanced statistical analysis: including Cox regression analysis and other analytical models to investigate the trend of complications
• User management: the ability to control access, view data and manage user access levels

• Displaying live analytical and statistical graphs with the ability to interact and check detailed data
