This project was commissioned by Imam Hossein Hospital of Shahroud with the aim of digitizing the patient satisfaction measurement process. Previously, paper forms were handed to patients upon discharge, which was not only wasteful but also time-consuming and inefficient. In the new solution, after discharge, a text message containing a unique link (along with the patient’s code) is sent to the patient. By accessing this responsive page, the patient can participate in a simple and user-friendly survey.
Key Features of the System:
Online access through a unique SMS link for each patient
A 5-question survey with numeric scoring (1 to 5) to measure satisfaction levels
Option to provide comments, suggestions, and criticisms in a separate text section for each question
Storage and management of all responses within the system
Analytical reporting capabilities to review satisfaction levels and identify areas needing improvement
This system not only eliminates paper forms and streamlines the process but also provides a precise tool for managing patient experience and improving hospital service quality.
