WAK system was designed and developed at the request of the Health Vice-Chancellor of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences and to inform users about their vaccination status. By logging into this system, Shahroudi users could be informed about the status of their vaccine doses and also request to print the vaccine card. The vaccine card was prepared at the request of the mentioned university and in the special template of this center and presented to the user in pdf format.
