The Persian Web Opinion Analytics Dashboard was designed and developed in collaboration with professors from Tarbiat Modares University and commissioned by them. This dashboard collected all existing opinions about pre-selected products from across the web by analyzing internet content. It then provided users with an understandable overview through visualization and statistical analysis.
Users could explore a word cloud chart to see the most frequently used positive and negative words related to their chosen product. Additionally, a comments table and trend charts of positive and negative sentiments offered a comprehensive picture of public opinion. The system initially launched on a large scale and was planned to be enhanced later with artificial intelligence and machine learning models to improve user experience.
